Reservation and Cancellation Policy
Please read the following terms and conditions before you proceed with the reservation or payment, Thanks!
Reservation
All reservations must be made through our website at least 2 days before arrival and is subject to availability. We will response to your email or enquiry in less than 24 hours. For urgent booking of less than 2 days perior to the check in date, please call our hotel / guest house directly.
Please provide us with all the necessary information to expedite on the reservation. Please use the template provided on the booking for the respective hotel. For email booking, please note that reservations will NOT be confirmed without a comfirmation email from us.
We do not require a double confirmation close to your checkin date once a reservation is confirmed. If you are in doubt of certain information or have further enquiries on the booking, please drop us an email, we are happy to answer any query with regards to the booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation LESS than 48 hours prior to check in date :
1 (one) night will be charged + 10% Paypal Handling fees or Credit Card Processing Fee of the total amount for the remaining nights.
Cancellation MORE than 48 hours prior to check in date :
Tthere will be a 10% Paypal Handling fees or Credit Card Processing Fee of the total amount OR 6$ USD admin charges, whichever is higher
During super peak seasons (15 December to 5 Jan, 5 April to 20 April), stiffer cancellation charges of 30% for Paypal Handling fees or Credit Card Processing Fee will be imposed.
All cancellation to the reservation must be made through heritagexplorer.com by email. Any cancellation through phone call will need to be followed by email written notice within the same day.
Immature stay ( check-out earlier then planned check-out date) :
Tthere will be a 10% Paypal Handling fees or Credit Card Processing Fee of the total remaining amount OR 6$ USD admin charges, whichever is higher. Please notify us 24 Hours in advance at the guesthouse.
Changes on Reservation
All changes to the reservations must be made through heritagexplorer.com by email. Any changes made through phone call will need to be followed by email written notice within the same day.
All changes must be made 3 days in advance prior to check in date. Changes are subjected room(s) availability.
Changes made which result in reduced number of night(s) stay :
10% Paypal Handling fees or Credit Card Processing fees for the number of night(s) which is reduced or 6$ USD admin charge, whichver is higher
Rates
Room Rates are in accordance to the room rates published on our website for the respective hotel / guest house.
Heritagexplorer.com will only impose charges for hotel room(s) or tour package(s) offered.
Please note that there will not be any “double charging” once you have made the payment for the hotel room(s) online. If you wish to extend your stay, please pay the additional charges at the hotel / guesthouse
Similarly tour packages cover only the basic stipulated destinations. Any extensions to the tour or additional expenses incurred will be payable to the local tour agent/operator.
We reserve the right to change, amend or alter prices and/or tour itinerary/or any of the conditions stated herein from time to time with or without prior notice.
Payment
Payment shall be made either by paypal transfer or credit card. If you pay by credit card to our paypal account, as the credit card transactions are handled by Paypal and payments are therefore subject to the approval of the financial institution and we shall not be liable in any way if such financial institution refuses to accept or honor the credit card for any reason.
We will only confirmed your payment once we received notification from paypal on the successful transaction.
Upon Check in, we accept payment in these currencies such as US Dollar, Thai Baht, Lao Kips and Malaysian Ringgit.
NOTES : Please DO NOT send us your credit card information or paypal log in indetails, as we do not require this information to complete the transaction. All transaction can be done securely using the paypal interface, you can complete the transaction online.
Refund Policy
We will refund the amount based on the cancellation terms. Refund will be made via paypal trasnfer. In order to expedite the transfer, please provide us a valid paypal account to facilitate the refund. Refund will be completed within 3 - 5 working days.
Refunds will not be granted for as a result of NO SHOW (does not check in) and failure to inform us on your cancellation in advance (> 48 hours).
Security & Privacy
Please DO NOT send us your credit card information or paypal log in details. We do not require this information to complete the transaction. All transaction can be done securely using the paypal interface, you can complete the transaction online directly upon receiving a payment advice or payment link from us on the amount payable.
