Symoungkoun Guesthouse, Laos

Symoungkoun Guesthouse was opened on 1st October 2007. It offers 6 newly renovated rooms complete with many facilities. The name Symoungkoun was adopted as there a temple (Wat Symoungkoun just opposite this guesthouse.

Symoungkoun Guesthouse is located along the mainstreet of Sisavangvong in Luangprabang town. Being in the town centre, all the amenities such as banks/ATMs, restaurants & pubs, spa & massage, Internet cafe, tourist office & tour agencies are within 5 minutes walk. Other famous attraction such Royal Palace Muzeum, Phousi Mountain, Night market and a dozen of temples are all within 500 meters radius. Besides, every morning there are not less that 500 novices and monks walk passed this guesthouse, in a unique alms giving tradition which is still in practice in Laos today.
